She oversaw all the renovations and I trusted her 100% to make sure everything was done right. She worked HARD and the house turned out beautifully. Cathy Armstrong made a potentially difficult situation as easy as it could be. Cathy assisted me in selling my parents' estate at a fair price very quickly with very little effort on my part.
